All of our small batch jams are made with only pure can sugar, a little lemon juice, and some natural pectin for thickening. Never cheap corn syrups or citric acid. We pack our jams in big jars for a reason. Great eating, and great cooking in every jar.
Our delicious fruit spreads have the pure, simple taste of fresh fruit. They have the same consistency of our jams except no granulated sugar is added. We use white grape juice concentrate for a 100% fruit product.
